Mr. Bill Stigers

Mr. Stigers has over twenty years of experience in managing both domestic and Foreign Military Sales accounting and finance for the United States Navy. He has worked with both NAVAIRYSYSCOM and SPAWARSYSCOM in supporting various FMS programs by providing Letter of Offer and Acceptance development, financial accounting, reconciliation and case closure. In addition, Mr. Stigers supported SPAWARSYSCOM Comptroller's Office, in resolving and managing Problem Disbursements, Unmatched Disbursements, Unliquidated Obligations, Travel Accounting Management and the Assistant Secretary of the Navy's Financial Improvement Process. Mr. Stigers is currently consulting to IBM for the financial and accounting implementation of the upcoming Consolidated Food Management System, managed by Defense Logistics Agency, and is ensuring that all data is within the new Standard Financial Information System regulations and formats
